Braille Pop-Up Store Hits Shoreditch

This week, British Menswear label Braille have launched an exciting new Pop-Store in London's Shoreditch, the epicentre for cutting-edge cool. Taking place until December 5th, the store offers its chic A/W 10 collection at a special discounted rate and shall also allow shoppers the opportunity to exclusively pre-order their brand new S/S 11 collection.

Entitled Colt, the stunning new collection is inspired by the modernist design of Palm Springs juxtaposed with the natural landscape of Agua Caliente Canyon. The result is a stylish and sophisticated line of sleek silhouettes featuring luminescent tweeds paired with sheer cotton shirts and waxed cotton outerwear all revealed in a fresh, neutral palette.

Needless to say, this one collection you'd most definitely like to pre-order.

New York-in-London

New York is known for its shopping, there are plenty of neighborhoods to go, but one of the last hidden areas is the Lower East Side.

As a born and raised New Yorker there was nothing more wonderful than heading downtown, and delighting yourself with what it has to offer. It has flourished with talent, from galleries to new retailers. Since moving to London It has certainly been one of the routines I miss the most. So, it came with much excitement when I discovered that part would be experiencet again, here in London.

“Wish You Were Here” has open two pop-up stores, featuring 12 independent brands from the Lower East Side. Throughout the month of October you will be treated in shopping events, fashion shows, live street performances, and a Halloween party, American style.

If this is not a reason to visit Carnaby, then you should also know there is a multi-media exhibition of New York artists with work influenced by the neighborhood.

Shopping and Art! You will get the genuine experience of walking through the L.E.S., NY.
