Time Out

Summertime is synonymous with sunshine and socialising. Unfortunately these factors can often leave you rather confused about the time of day (especially with these seemingly never-ending evenings…). Never fear, as SEVENTH MAN shall never see you strapped for time again as we introduce some of this season's must have designer timepieces:

The Girard Perregaux Bi-axial Tourbillon

Luxury reaches a entirely new level with release of the Swiss brand’s latest model: The Girard Perregaux Bi-axial Tourbilllon. This mother of all timepieces boasts two concentric cages that allow for multidimensional rotations by regulating part of the watch. The sleek and modern design features an 18k white gold case studded with two sapphires and is water resistant for up to 30 meters should you feel the need to indulge in a spot of heedless swimming…. Yes, this innovated design ups its opulent credentials and exclusivity even more as the watch will be limited to just 33 pieces when released by Girard Perregaux in due course.

The Alexandros Stasinopoulous Ora
For those of you who are partial to timepieces that not only provide functionality but also make a bold style statement; the Ora watch by Alexandros Stasinopoulous is for you. This quirky little number comes in several colourways and features a distinctive asterisk shaped face whereby the standard dial is replaced with three intersecting tapes to indicate the hour, minute and second.

The Yves Behar X Issey Miyake Vue Watch
This ultra sleek, contemporary design is no doubt a horological feat courtesy of a timeless collaboration with Yves Behar/ Fuse Project and Japanese designer and SEVENTH MAN favourite, Issey Miyake. The concept behind this timepiece is to have the wearer experience the mystery of time, hour by hour. This is achieved by the watch only displaying the present hour to the owner while the last hour and future hour subtly fade in and out through the rotation of an inner circle. May you never be confused about the time of day again...
