MYKITA x Agathe Snow sunglasses collaboration

MYKITA the fashion forward eye-wear company has launched a new MYKITA LABORATORY project, in collaboration with New York based artist Agathe Snow.

Agathe Snow chose one of the most iconic sunglasses design "Cyrus" to feature her work entitled "You are here", 2011, for Deutsche Guggenheim to mark the "All Access World" exhibition. 

 

The inner side of the lenses features a golden line depicting the skylines of New York or the Pyramids of Gizeh. The motifs are only there to see for all once the glasses are removed. The skylines are hand-painted by the artist, making each pair of glasses a unique item.

The MYKITA & Agathe Snow glasses will be available at the Deutsche Guggenheim in Berlin and over the next few weeks in the MYKITA Shops as well as selected optical and fashion shops.
