Iconic fashion house Gianfranco Ferre, announced through a statement today, that they will not be hosting a menswear fashion show at this year's Milan Fashion Week that is set to begin this coming Friday 15th of January.
Although Gianfranco Ferre will not be part of the festivities surrounding Milan Fashion week, the Italian powerhouse will showcase their Autumn/Winter 2011/12 collection at a very private presentation that will take place at the Headquarters of the empire on Sunday the 23rd.
This comes after a lot of speculation and rumours, that the brand is looking for a new industrial partner since their partner Samsung has decided to pull out of a massive deal, this was reported on WWD.
Let's hope that the house founded by the "architect of fashion" will be back on the Milan schedule next season.
